Molchanovs Junior Lap & Wave
The Molchanovs Junior Program is a globally recognized freediving education system designed to introduce children ages 4–15 to the water in a safe, progressive, and age-appropriate way. Through pool and open water experiences, students build water confidence, breath awareness, focus, emotional regulation, and a lifelong connection to the ocean.
The program progresses through three pathways—Discover, Lap, and Wave—guiding students from early water comfort to increasingly advanced pool and open-water freediving skills.

Students are introduced to breath and body awareness, surface swimming and kicking, facial immersion, duck diving, equalization, and underwater movement.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Group Experience: $100 per participant
Private Experience: $120

The Junior Lap pathway builds upon the foundations of Discover through a progressive series of pool-based courses. Each level develops greater comfort, awareness, control, and efficiency in and under the water.
Each Lap course includes four approximately one-hour sessions.
Group: $350 per participant

Junior Wave is designed for experienced young swimmers and snorkelers who are ready to explore freediving in open water.
Training includes freediving theory, surface swimming, duck diving, equalization, Free Immersion, Constant Weight diving, safety and buddy awareness, and exploration of the underwater environment.
