Whether you're new to spearfishing or looking for an opportunity to sharpen your skills, this guided experience provides time in the water to learn, practice, and build confidence. Work on breath control, diving technique, water awareness, equipment use, and spearfishing skills in a supportive environment.

Dedicated line time for certified or experienced freedivers looking to practice and refine their skills. Focus on relaxation, equalization, technique, efficiency, depth progression, and recovery in a supportive environment designed for intentional practice.

Wave Extension Class Practice
Designed for freedivers working toward their Molchanovs Wave 1 or Wave 2 certification, this extension session provides additional guided practice to refine required skills, build confidence, and continue progressing toward certification requirements.
Focus may include equalization, technique, depth progression, relaxation, recovery, and other skills specific to your Wave level.
